Section 3 - Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Commitment

  • By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase and receive the item.

  • If a customer repeatedly refuses to accept genuine deliveries without a valid reason, Ezzogi reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) benefits for that specific address or phone number.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your contact details so that we can complete your transactions and deliver your packages smoothly.

Section 5 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
