Ezzogi – Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ezzogi. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Sundays) or public holidays in the United Arab Emirates.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across all emirates in the UAE utilizing premium local courier networks:

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1 – 2 Business Days.

Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2 – 3 Business Days.
3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping across the UAE is charged at a flat rate of 18 AED.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders valued at 150 AED or above.
4. Order Confirmation & Verification (COD)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our system or team will send a verification message via WhatsApp or call to confirm your delivery address and availability. Unverified orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will contact you via phone/WhatsApp prior to delivery. The courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. If the customer remains unreachable, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center, and future COD privileges may be suspended for the customer.
